Each entity complies with the tax and business laws of its respective country — HMRC in the UK, IRS and state authorities in the US — keeping all operations fully above board.
When approaching a UK distributor, we present our UK Ltd credentials. For US distributors, we use our LLC. This builds immediate trust and opens legitimate wholesale accounts.
The UK business sells on Amazon.co.uk; the US business sells on Amazon.com. Each operates as a standalone retailer with its own supply chain and marketplace account.
